Weve made huge strides in improving our ASB service, from better case assessment and customer communication to stronger team dynamics and a 17% uplift in tenant satisfaction. Now, were looking for a dedicated manager to continue this momentum and lead our ASB function into its next chapter.

What Youll Be Doing

As our Community & Safety Manager, youll :

Lead and inspire a team of 56 ASB Case Managers

Champion early intervention and customer-focused case resolution

Own and evolve our ASB policy, toolkit, and communications strategy

Collaborate across Paradigm and with external partners (police, local authorities, health services)
