About the Role

We are looking for passionate Tutor 1 : 1 SEND / SEN professionals to join Powertutors UK. In this role, you will support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through engaging, personalised 1 : 1 tutoring.

Whether you are an experienced SEND Teacher, a Teaching Assistant with specialist skills, or a Tutor looking for flexible work, this role offers the chance to make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities as a Tutor 1 : 1 SEND / SEN

Deliver tailored 1 : 1 tutoring sessions for SEND students

Create a safe and supportive learning environment

Work closely with parents, carers, and Powertutors staff to meet student needs

What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting SEND learners (QTS / PGCE is a bonus but not essential)

Experience as a SEND Tutor, SEN Teacher, or Teaching Assistant

A genuine passion for education and understanding of neurodiverse needs

Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
