Senior In-house Commercial Property Lawyer

Overview

We are currently exclusively instructed on a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to move in-house. Our client is a household name, recognised globally as a leader in its field. They have a strong, established legal team dealing with commercial matters across the business and now need to recruit an additional lawyer to lead on high value property transactions.

If you have at least 8 years’ experience of handling a broad property portfolio, including leasehold matters, and would like the opportunity to become fully involved in a very successful commercial organisation, this could be the role for you.

Excellent technical knowledge and experience are essential; however, equally important is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation and take a proactive approach to supporting them in their work.

As the sole property lawyer within the team, this is an exciting opportunity to develop close working relationships and take on new responsibilities while having the support and commercial experience of an established wider team.
