Holiday Club Manager

ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Holiday Club Manager to work with a client based in Coventry. This is a permanent role, operating during school holidays only.

There is an opportunity for additional hours depending on club requirements.

Qualification:

• Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and playwork principles

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the holiday club, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children.

• Lead, support, and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of practice and safeguarding.

• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals to meet the needs of individual children.

• Oversee planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to different age groups.

• Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.
