Surveyor

Islington Council are looking for a Interim Diagnostic Surveyor.

Details about the role :

£300 per day.

Inside IR35.

The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.

A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).

Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.

Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).

Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.

A good understanding of building pathology, damp, mould and condensation.

Office based.

Access to pool vehicles
