This is about helping to run a £multi-million store, while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team. One day could involve assisting the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders or handling customer queries. The next day may focus on people management and performance or organising holiday rotas for the team. You will help to maximise sales, deliver great customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency, and you’ll be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with deliveries, orders and customer queries
• Focus on people management and performance
• Organise holiday rotas and staffing requirements
• Help maximise sales, ensure great customer service, minimise costs and improve operational efficiency
• Be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s role when required
