Our manufacturing client is undergoing major transformation and is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support this period of change. This hands-on role involves working in a unionised, industrial environment, supporting a yard-based workforce.

Hunter Adams Manufacturing client is currently undergoing significant transformation and requires an experienced HR Business Partner to step in on an interim basis (duration TBC).

Based onsite in Methil, Fife the successful candidate will be involved in supporting the following :

• Unionised, industrial environment – supporting a yard-based workforce
• Currently going through a major reorganisation, with plans to double in scale next year
• Involved in updating terms and conditions
• Transitioning HR systems – currently no system in place but moving to SuccessFactors
• Responsible for supporting a large cohort of apprentices (approx. 50)

This is a hands on role ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting with strong stakeholder engagement skills
