We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie / Junior Sous to join our kitchen team in a beautiful Hotel Venue in Goole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP who's ready to step up into a Sous Chef role.
You'll be part of a small chef brigade , preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials for up to 25 covers a night as well as organising Wedding & Event meals. All food is made in-house under the leadership of an experienced and supportive Head Chef with plenty to teach.
