Job descriptionBe flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker Join a close-knit team headed by the matron on a consultant-led ward Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient’s needs Work directly with clinical staff and gain experience with new practices, equipment and facilities Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care Assist in delivering high-quality patient care on a consultant-led ward Be alert, focused, detail-oriented and empathetic; maintain registration with the appropriate governing body (including NMC) Contribute to a positive team culture and patient experience Registered nurse with current registration with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC) Post-registration experience and a patient-focused approach

About us
Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital is based next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter. The hospital has 2 theatres, a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory / theatre and an Endoscopy suite, with inpatient and day-case wards. We offer elective orthopaedic and spinal surgery, cardiology, general surgery, plastics and cosmetic surgery, ENT and gynaecology, and operate MAKO joint replacement equipment. We are committed to high standards of patient care and a supportive work environment.
