We are seeking a proactive Marketing Campaign & Engagement Specialist with experience in retail banking CRM systems and proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery . This role goes beyond content creation, requiring strong campaign ownership and cross-team collaboration to drive impactful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (CRM, email, digital, and social) focused on customer engagement and retention.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data, product, pricing, compliance, and wider marketing to ensure campaigns are aligned, compliant, and impactful.
• Use CRM insights to develop tailored strategies that deepen customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring delivery milestones are met and messaging remains consistent across all channels.
• Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and recommendations to inform future activity.
