IT Operations Manager

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of TKMS ATLAS UK's IT operations. This includes infrastructure, systems and support functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operational performance with a focus on delivering improving services and enhancing digital capabilities.

You'll have responsibility for the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to provide reliable, available and scalable IT systems to all stakeholders. You'll lead a team comprising of Application Support specialists and manage the third-party providers.

You'll need to have :

• Proven experience in managing IT operations and service delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Experience managing third party IT service provider, particularly IT helpdesk suppliers is an important aspect of the role. This will include ensuring all contractual requirements are maintained and performance measures are reviewed monthly. You'll work directly with procurement on supplier management ensuring value add through strong vendor relationships
