Our client is a Main Contractor with a proven track record of nationwide coverage of various projects. Specialising in MEP install, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team in Exeter on a Hospital Construction build until Christmas and then move to another project in Plymouth for 2 years.

Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all mechanical packages within the hospital project, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Manage subcontractors and suppliers Procure, appoint, and oversee mechanical subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and project milestones.

Programme and progress control Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and reporting regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
