The Global Leadership Centre is situated in the heart of Oxford on a beautiful site on the banks of the River Thames, we have a unique opportunity for a passionate and mastery-based Food and Beverage Manager to head up this exciting new opening in Spring 2026. We have held a long-standing relationship with this world-leading client, and the right candidate is critical to ensuring the success of this exciting project.

As part of the role, you will be involved in shaping the Food and Beverage proposition across the campus working in partnership with the Operations Manager whilst supporting the transition into GLC with a real focus on elevating our food and beverage offer, working alongside the other support services to deliver the best service delivery.

Job Description

Our ideal Food and Beverage Manager will demonstrate exceptional food and beverage knowledge and attention to detail, with proven experience leading large teams in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage proposition across our campus including GLC, our focus will be on training the team and delivering an exceptional food and beverage offer. We would also look for commercial acumen, and a personable leadership style to drive performance and engagement across all our food and beverage spaces.
