  • About the Role

Are you looking for a rewarding support and care role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for kind, compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated teams across Goole, Howden and Market Weighton. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs — helping them live their best lives with confidence, choice, and independence.

No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your values — empathy, kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles :

Day shifts

Night shifts

Sleep-in shifts

Waking night shifts

You'll be expected to work every other weekend, with rotas planned in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.

  • What Will Your Day Look Like?

This is a varied and meaningful role. Some days are calm and structured; others are busy and fast-paced — that's what makes it so rewarding.

You'll be supporting individuals with :

Socialising and accessing community activities

Developing hobbies and interests

Daily living and personal care

Household tasks and practical support

Life skills such as shopping and money management

Following and delivering individualised support plans

At the heart of everything you do is respectful, compassionate care, helping people build confidence, independence, and a life that's meaningful to them.

We recognise the importance of recruiting skilled, compassionate, and reliable staff, whilst demonstrating in practice our commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk. Please be aware it's a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group such as adults or children.
