Head of Engineering

Walker Cole International is searching for a Head of Engineering on behalf of a global pharmaceutical organisation based in the Southeast of England. This is a senior leadership position, reporting into the Site Director.

Your responsibilities as the Head of Engineering will be :

• Manage site projects and Capex budgets.
• Lead qualification / validation of GMP equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Ensure reliable maintenance support and utility availability (water, steam, HVAC, etc.).
• Oversee equipment and maintenance contract negotiations / renewals.
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve goals.
