Leamington Spa | Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm £24,000 per year

Looking for a steady, weekday role in a close-knit team where your work really matters? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Operative / Stores Assistant to join our small, friendly warehouse team in Leamington Spa.

This is a hands-on role with variety—perfect for someone who enjoys staying organised, working with stock, and being part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing stock – keeping inventory accurate and up to date
• Picking & packing – preparing goods for dispatch with care and precision
• Supporting stores – helping place assembly equipment into storage
• Forklift operation – safely moving stock around the warehouse (training available)
• Using our ERP system – updating stock levels and orders (full training provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or stores experience (preferred but not essential)
• Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
• A forklift licence is a plus, but not required—we can train you
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
• A team player who takes pride in doing a job well
