Our established and forward-thinking marketing team position Buzzacott as a trustworthy and client-focused firm in the market, providing support to each of our specialist teams. The marketing team is evolving to better support the firm's ambitions in a rapidly changing market landscape

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team, and play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives, including managing marketing team members, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and support the firm’s objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of eight as well as drive personal development and professional growth within the team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and brand recognition as well as maximising engagement by utilising digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media and content marketing.
  • Advise Partners on achieving their business and marketing objectives through digital and traditional channels.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with industry organisations and influencers to enhance brand credibility.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, impactful content across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the firm's tone of voice and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, and develop an understanding of target personas.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting, highlighting ROI and recommending improvements.
  • Supervise marketing budgets, providing analysis and ensuring adherence to agreed financial plans, and ensure cost-effective strategies are identified where necessary.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration in marketing practices.

You are the right person for the role if you have :

  • Previous marketing experience at a manager level or above, with the ability to manage and develop others.
  • Expertise in building collaborative relationships with people at all levels, including stakeholders, partners, and team members.
  • Experience in marketing planning, budgeting, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong track record in campaign conception, implementation, and measurement, with proven project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies and digital platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content management systems.
  • Highly organised and methodical, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance.
  • Understanding of GDPR principles and effective data management for marketing purposes.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a proven track record in digital marketing, strategic thinking, and leadership.
