This company is an established customer-focused and colleague-friendly dealership, where customer satisfaction is achieved through teamwork. They seek an experienced Aftersales Manager , with proven expertise in managing and driving a customer-oriented team, in a flagship Aftersales department.

The Role

As Aftersales Manager for this flagship site, you will be working alongside the head of business, supporting a dedicated team of professionals, focused on enhancing the presence of the brand and delivering high levels of customer service.

This role involves dedication and a long-term commitment, managing, motivating, and developing a team of aftersales professionals with the common aim of delivering "Service Excellence." With budget responsibility for your department, you will be accustomed to setting budgets and implementing processes to enhance progression and growth.

With the proven ability to effectively manage a productive aftersales department, you will be driving the team to enhance workshop and service department productivity.

Salary

The salary for this role is competitive, with many company benefits and an OTE of 110,000.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a customer-focused Aftersales Manager or Service Manager, with experience of managing a sizeable aftersales operation. Someone who values the importance of delivering high standards of customer service through teamwork. The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast-paced working environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions. Also, motivated and driven to increase and maintain efficiency and productivity through the workshop and driving the business forward. A Full, UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential.
