🎯 What You'll Do :

Manage online referrals with prompt response times

Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)

Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges

Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback

Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management

📋Essential Requirements :

Accreditation : BACP / UKCP / COSCA / BPS / NCS / BABCP or equivalent

Alternative : Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours

Approach : Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models

Supervision : Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place

Insurance : Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)

Compliance : ICO registration as Data Controller

🎓 Ideal Experience :

Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential

Assessment and support planning expertise

Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus

Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges

Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways

IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
