Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 3 : 30pm
Pay : From £89 per day (PAYE) depending on experience

We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary SEN school in West Bromwich You’ll be supporting children aged 4–11 with a wide range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.

What the Role Involves :
- Working 1 : 1 or in small groups to help children access learning and build essential skills.
- Supporting behaviour, communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation.
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and patience to deliver high-quality support.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Who We’re Looking For :
Someone with experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in a school or early years setting.A positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient and calm approach supporting pupils with diverse and various needs.Confidence in building strong, trusting relationships with young learners.Essential Requirements :
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).Two recent and relevant references.A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to continuous learning.Why Join Us?
