?A respected Managing Agent in London is seeking a Senior Block Manager to lead on a high-profile portfolio and play a key role within their team. This is a chance to take on greater responsibility, managing complex sites while guiding and supporting junior colleagues.

In this role, youll take ownership of a portfolio of 5 new build developments, ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards of compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Youll provide expertise in all aspects of Block Management, from setting budgets to leading with resident engagement strategies.

Alongside managing your own portfolio, youll play a vital role in supporting junior team members offering guidance, sharing best practice, and helping them build confidence in their roles. This is a position where your leadership skills will be just as valuable as your technical knowledge, giving you the chance to influence not only your own clients but also the development of the wider team.
