Implementation Analyst - ICT and Digital Services

Based : Hybrid working – initially during probationary period you will be required to work 3 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with 2 days working from home. Following the 6-month probationary period this will then change to an average of 2 days in the office at Memorial House in Coalville with an average of 3 days working from home.

Hours : 35 hours per week working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm to be agreed with line manager.

Salary : £39,453 - £43,837 gross per annum (ICT RFJ 6)

The Role

In this role, you will lead the successful deployment of technology solutions and process improvements in the social housing sector. This role focuses on supporting the implementation of new systems as per the portfolio, ensuring that they meet the needs of tenants, staff, and the broader organisation. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage data migration, user training, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance tenant services.
