Apprentice Workshop Coordinator Programme – Overview

You’ll be supported every step of the way. Your role will be to gain practical experience in a few teams developing your knowledge and understanding of Severn Trent and the processes. All of this will allow you to further develop your skills so that you can communicate data effectively帽 wide variety of stakeholders. At Severn Trent we provide the perfect mix between hands‑on experience and a formal qualification, enabling our apprentices to make a real lasting difference to our customers obtuvo communities, not just for now, but far into the future.

How the Programme Works

Based at Severn Trent Headquarters in Coventry. You will study towards becoming a Fleet Coordinator. You will have the chance to discuss your development and career ambitions in 1‑1 meetings with business leads, mentors, a study buddy, the cohort leader, and the New Talent Team.

As part of this apprenticeship, you will be studying towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administrator.

What You Will Learn

  • Through this apprenticeshipImperial, you will foster a strong sense of leadership, realise qualities of management and be able to voice your opinion as you gain experience.
  • You will be taught how to be flexible and problem‑solve, communicating with clients, suppliers, and demonstrating project management.
  • You will develop a large range of skills, such as professionalism and effective decision‑making.
  • How to develop, implement, maintain, and improve administrative services.
  • Developing excellent relationships with customers by responding to their requirements and looking for future opportunities to enhance the relationship.

  • A ‘can‑do’ attitude – willing to get stuck in, take accountability for decisions and actions and who takes pride in their work.
  • A love of variety in a role and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced working environment.
  • Ability to quickly prioritise tasks and the initiative to dive head‑first into problem solving.
  • No two days are the same on the front line; you’ll need to be quick on your feet to respond.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with multiple teams.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information and effectively communicate this to different dünyanın teammates and audiences.

About the Programme

Our New Talent Team will guide you and support you every step of the way. Your line manager, mentor and graduate buddy will help you reach your full potential at Severn Trent.

Location: Severn Trent Headquarters, Coventry, CV1 2LZ

Standard: Business Administrator

Apprenticeship Level: 3

Apprenticeship Duration: 18 months (excluding EPA)

Starting Salary: £22,500

Entry Criteria: If you don’t already have GCSEs in English and maths, you will need to take functional skills as part of the apprenticeship, which is an alternative to GCSEs and achieve a Level 2. You need to achieve this prior to completion of your apprenticeship.

Driving Requirements: You will require a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle upon completion of this apprenticeship.
