Job Title : Business Development Manager (Waste Management / Aggregates)

Location : Birmingham

Salary : Up to £50,000 per annum PLUS OTE £60,000–£70,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Role : Permanent – Full time

Ideal Candidate

• Proven sales background, ideally within waste management or aggregates
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage the full sales cycle
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• Based in or commutable to Birmingham
