Reviews Officer - Remote

Overview :

We’re currently supporting a Local Authority seeking an experienced Reviews Officer to provide remote support within their Housing service. This role is ideal for a confident officer who can manage statutory reviews independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing statutory housing reviews in line with Housing Act legislation

Reviewing homelessness decisions, suitability and housing duties

Drafting detailed and legally robust decision letters

Liaising with legal services, housing teams and external partners

Ensuring cases are progressed accurately and within statutory timescales

Requirements :

Previous experience working as a Reviews Officer within a Local Authority

Strong knowledge of housing legislation and review processes

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote role
