Salary : £80,000 - £101,000
Responsibilities
- Lead people with empathy and drive culture change within the Distribution Centre, Retail, or Logistics environments.
- Implement transformational change initiatives to elevate team performance and employee satisfaction.
- Create a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations; collaborate with the H&S Manager.
- Meet and exceed customer service requirements while managing the operational budget effectively.
- Advocate for employee engagement through leadership and initiatives that encourage communication and feedback.
- Build positive relationships with union representatives and maintain constructive labour relations.
- Participate in UK and Ireland network management decisions and represent Martin Brower positively within the industry.
