Digital Construction Coordinator

Mulalley is actively looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our New Build division and become a key member to support our digital transformation.

You will be engaged in a wide variety of digital processes and activities throughout the design and construction stages of projects of a wide range of scale.

The ideal candidate will already have Digital Coordination or BIM experience in the residential sector and be passionate about working with design and construction technologies.

The key criteria we are looking for

• 5+ years’ industry experience with minimum 2 years working experience on medium / large scale residential projects in a Digital Construction or BIM Coordinator capacity.
• A thorough understanding of the relevant software applications required for BIM projects
• Previous experience of Common Data Environments (CDE), and demonstrable experience using 3D coordination software.
• A good knowledge of design and construction processes and building regulations.
• A design background in Architecture would be desirable but not essential.
• A BIM Qualification would be desirable but not essential.
