Interim Leveraged Finance Lawyer (fully remote)- £145k-£155k- Confidential Client (x2)

Job Description

Lawyers with asset finance & leveraged finance experience please get in touch for an interesting position with a confidential client. November / December 2025 start. This can be fully remote.

Reasonable hours. 9-6pm. These are for two interim opportunities, 6-12 months.

Key components of the role include :

• Advising members of the business on structuring, drafting and negotiating on asset finance documentation, including leasing, hire purchase, sale and leaseback, and refinancing transactions.
• Updating existing financing templates used by the business. Formulate policy docs and working with external counsel on transaction structures.
• Reviewing project finance documentation for participation in syndicated senior credit facilities
