Site Manager – Residential Housing

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded national housing developer who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a residential housing development in Weymouth.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of a residential development, leading site teams and subcontractors while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Full day-to-day management of the site

Ensuring all health, safety, and environmental standards are met

Managing subcontractors, labour, and material deliveries

Driving programme performance and meeting build targets

Ensuring homes are delivered to the required quality standards

Liaising with NHBC inspectors and internal stakeholders

Monitoring costs and controlling site expenditure

Maintaining accurate site records and reports

Leading, motivating, and developing site teams
