Role Overview

The Marketing and Graphic Design Graduate will play a key supporting role in helping the Marketing and Communications team deliver high-quality content, campaigns and visual assets. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Director and wider team, the role will assist with producing engaging designs, supporting content creation, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing to a wide range of internal and external marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative graduate who is looking to develop their skills in design, marketing, and communications within a fast-paced, growing organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and creative support

• Support with the creation of on-brand visual assets for digital and print formats, including internal communications, presentations, event materials and social media assets.
• Assist with developing templates, illustrations, iconography and infographics.
• Support with elevating design standards across the organisation by contributing fresh ideas and creative approaches.
• Help ensure that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and wider marketing objectives.
