Finance Assistant - Expenditure

What Youll Be Doing

In this varied role, youll be at the heart of our finance operations. From processing invoices and expenses to supporting month-end deadlines, youll be helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring accurate reporting. Youll also get involved in budgeting, forecasting and analysing costs perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and making a real impact.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a selection of cost centres and balance sheet codes
• Post and evidence monthly accruals, prepayments and journals
• Analyse costs versus budgets and share key insights
• Process expenses and credit card expenditure efficiently
• Code expenditure invoices via our data capture system
