Production Team Leader

My client, a food production company in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Permanent basis. This company use Multipond machines so it is essential you have previous working with these machines.

This position will require you to work on 5 days out of 7 with the usual start time of 0700

As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing t its maximum capabilities

The main responsibilities associated with the role include

• lead and motivate your team on a daily basis
• Ensure the highest working stands are met at al times
• Ensure Production targets are met
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures
• Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods

The salary on offer is circa £29,500, dependent on relevant experience
