This will include, plumbing or electrical repairs in line with your trade, pest proofing, legionella compliance and effluent system monitoring and maintenance.

• About you
• Trained to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade, i.e. plumbing, electrical installation or building services, you'll also :
• Ideally have worked as a Facilities Engineer within the food or FMCG sectors
• Be familiar with building management systems and utilities including Ammonia refrigeration equipment, fire alarm and legionella management and any other SHE responsibilities
• Be experienced with Microsoft 365 packages, SAP systems and be familiar with CMMS (or other), Agility experience would be advantageous
• Have external contractor management experience
• Be comfortable communicating with a wide variety of people, and you have the confidence to respond positively when under pressure
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards
