Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervision of Warehouse Area personnel and processes, organising and overseeing of products / parts in line with company requirements to meet KPIs
• Liaising with the Production Manager and attending necessary meetings, communicating and prioritising relevant information to the Warehouse team
• Maintaining a positive, disciplined and collaborative team environment
• Endorsing Warehouse area housekeeping promoting the importance of a clean, tidy and safe working environment, working in accordance with 5S practices
• Promoting effective lean practices and be a driving influence in the process of continual improvement within the Warehouse area
• Ensuring team adherence to time and attendance requirements and company requirements for data collection
• Managing the flow of materials to dispatch from assembly
• Ensuring all NCRs raised by the Warehouse area are fully completed and processed In line with documented procedures
