Warehouse Manager Duties :
Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, safety and regulatory complianceLead, support, and develop warehouse teams to ensure high performance and strong team moraleOptimise warehouse layout, storage systems and inventory control procedures for improved operational flowPlan and deliver warehouse improvement projects, including process redesign, system enhancements and space optimisationDrive automation and process innovation to minimise waste and maximise throughputUtilise ERP systems for accurate inventory management, order fulfilment and performance reportingLead the implementation and integration of warehouse technologies, such as barcoding and scanning systemsDefine, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiativesHours : Full time Monday – Friday
Required skills & experience :
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations ManagementProven experience in warehouse operations managementDemonstrated success in delivering significant warehouse projects and change managementStrong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a warehouse settingExperience implementing and managing barcoding systems and inventory scanning toolsAbility to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams
