At Sentrex, customer service is not a support role its a core part of how we deliver brilliant service, protect our reputation, and retain customers. Youll be calling our customers to check theyre happy, building genuine relationships, capturing feedback, and making sure anything that needs fixing gets sorted fast.
This is an outbound customer care role (not cold sales).
What youll be doing (the fun + meaningful bit)
- Making friendly outbound calls to our customers to check satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
- Following a structured call programme including welcome calls, first-week check-ins and ongoing monthly service calls.
- Recording outcomes clearly in our CRM / service systems, including satisfaction scores (1–5) and notes.
- Logging issues and raising cases when needed, then chasing actions through to resolution with our Account Managers / Operations team.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints calmly and professionally, using the escalation process
What were looking for
A bubbly, confident phone personality (you genuinely love speaking to people)Strong written and spoken communication (great literacy matters here)Solid IT skills + confidence with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Comfortable using CRM systems (any CRM experience is fine; Sentrex has referenced CRM workflows including Zoho tools internally).Organised and consistent — youre great at follow-ups and keeping promises to customersWhy this role is important
