Private Client Legal Assistant – Sutton Coldfield

A well-established private client team in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Private Client Legal Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing essential assistance to Solicitors and Clients while ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day legal processes.

The role :

As a Private Client Legal Assistant within this team you will handle queries from Clients, Solicitors and other parties along with opening and closing files, drafting basic correspondence, forms and legal documents under supervision. The role will also include dealing with the Probate Registry and managing the safe custody and release of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probates and other legal documents.

About You :

To be considered for this Private Client Legal Assistant role you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary, advanced computer skills, experience of using case management software and exceptional organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
