LOCATION : Glasgow Pacific Quay – Hybrid 1 day a week
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE : £60,000 - £65,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Purpose of the role
You’ll be working on the Mobile Enablement team, helping to provide tools, infrastructure and assistance to support teams building the BBC’s mobile apps for iOS and Android.
As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll play a key role building, maintaining and acquiring systems and services to help other BBC mobile teams build faster and align on technology and processes.
You will accelerate the team by mentoring colleagues, as well as engaging with teams across the organisation.
