About the Role :

As a Cover Supervisor, you will :

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.

Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain on task.

Maintain a calm and purposeful learning environment to support the smooth running of the school day.

Support learning across a range of subjects and year groups.

Person Specification :

The successful candidate will have :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong classroom presence with the ability to engage and motivate primary-aged children.

Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable.

Vetting Requirements :

All applicants must be willing to complete :

An Enhanced DBS (or be registered on the Update Service).

Two professional references covering the last 24 months.

An overseas police check (if applicable).
