Ideal Recruit is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our client’s team in Haydock, WA11

Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting  Order Pickers  eager to be trained on  FLT, PPT, Power Trucks, and HLLOP .

No experience or licenses? No problem!  Full training and a formal one-week induction are provided in-house.  Experience will be beneficial but is not required.

What We’re Looking For :

Reliable and hardworking individuals with :

Ability to work  FULL TIME

Consistent attendance

Strong focus on  quality over quantity

Ability to work effectively throughout the shift

Pay Rates & Premiums :

Monday - Friday Base pay : £12.81 / hr (18 : 00–00 : 00 : £14.74 / hr)

Monday - Friday Overtime : £19.21 / hr  over 40 hours

• Sunday Base Pay : £15.37 / hr
• Sunday Overtime : £21.78 / hr

Bank holidays :   £38.44 - 40.36 / hr

Shift Patterns :

Rotating : Sunday - Thursday 6am - 2pm (2 weeks) / Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm (2weeks)

What’s Provided :

Full PPE including zip-up high-vis vests

Comprehensive training : classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with  sign-off after one week
