Personal Injury Legal Executive

Overview

Salary : £35,000 - £45,000

Location : Sheffield (Hybrid working available)

Contract Type : Full Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

You will handle a varied caseload of litigated intermediate and multi-track personal injury claims , with values ranging from £25,000 to £150,000. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing claims across Employer Liability (EL) , Public Liability (PL) , and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Conducting detailed case reviews, particularly in matters involving liability disputes, complex fact patterns, or rejected settlement proposals
• Preparing cases for hearings, instructing counsel, and attending court when necessary
• Delegating administrative tasks effectively and providing support to junior staff where needed
