Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Labourer/Installer to join an expanding company in West Lothian.

We are looking for someone eager to build a long-term career in construction within their industry. Joining a dynamic team, receiving high-quality training, and progressing through a structured development programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, or a similar hands-on trade.

\n

Duties

\n

Carry out general labouring, ground works, kerbing, excavation, landscaping and fencing.

\n

Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively.

\n

Set out and measure sites prior to installations

\n

Assemble any equipment according to manufacturers instructions, specifications and company standards

\n

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

\n

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

\n

Follow safety protocols and always adhere to health and safety regulations

\n

Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

\n

Working outdoors on site around Scotland

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

Valid CSCS card

\n

Machine tickets up to 10T, digger and dumper

\n

Familiarity with tools and equipment

\n

Full clean, manual driving licence

\n

Minimum 5 years experience in relevant construction industry discipline

\n

Strong work ethic, reliable and attention to quality and safety

\n

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

\n

Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and work in various environments

\n

Successful candidates will be required to undertake basic disclosure.

\n

\n

This is a permanent role, working within a team of 3 or 4 staff, Monday to Friday, overtime is available

\n

Hours - 45 hours per week, plus travel time. All hours over 45 are paid at overtime rate

\n
