Job description
We are seeking a motivated Barista Apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands‑on training in coffee preparation, customer service, and daily café operations under the supervision of experienced baristas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
- Learn to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.
- Take customer orders and ensure friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including washing dishes and equipment.
- Develop knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and drink recipes.
- Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
