Neve Jewels is growing fast and we’re looking for an organised and friendly People & Culture Administrator to join our team—in this role, you’ll help keep our People & Culture function running smoothly by handling important administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, assisting with employee relations, and improving our employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality
  • Prepare and process documents such as letters, contracts, and policy updates
  • Champion our people ops systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Manage the people & culture inbox, swiftly handling employee queries
  • Prepare payroll for processing, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions
  • Coordinate training and development programmes for employees
  • Support our feedback, performance, and appraisal processes
  • Assist in the creation of surveys and organising employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal comms
  • Support our recruitment process (job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding)
  • Partner with key stakeholders and assist People & Culture Manager as needed

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative HR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices
  • Incredibly organised and detail-oriented with brilliant time management
  • Excellent grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy and proficient in HR systems, benefits dashboards, and reward platforms
  • Very high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Agile, ready to pivot with changing priorities, and comfortable multitasking
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
