An emerging force in the UK residential construction sector, specialising in innovative homes is looking for a Finance Manager.
As they look to expand their operations across Greater London and the South East, they are seeking someone who is experienced and hands-on to help shape the financial future of our growing business.
As Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial health and driving commercial success.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll support budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and manage an assistant.
Your insights will directly support strategic decision-making across the business—from project costing to investment planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all core finance functions, including management accounts, forecasting, and cash flow
- Lead monthly and year-end financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee VAT submissions, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Monitor job costing, margin performance, and supplier payments
- Provide financial input for project tenders, contract reviews, and operational decisions
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external advisors
