Maintenance Engineer – Commutable from Dover, Aylesham, Eastry. Up to £52,000 DOE.

You'll be joining an expanding and supportive engineering team at a time of real investment and growth. Working a 4on 4off rotating shift pattern (days and nights) , you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site. With a strong emphasis on internal development and progression, this business is looking for engineers who want to be part of something long-term and impactful.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
• Responding quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
• Working closely with production teams to support smooth and efficient operations
• Identifying and delivering improvements to help futureproof performance
