Tick Education are looking for a driven, sales focused Education Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-growing team to manage a warm desk in Buckinghamshire. With success already in the area, we are now looking to expand and bring in a new consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Managing a warm desk and developing new business

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing and vetting candidates for various role types

Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs

About You :

Proven experience in recruitment

Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

A proactive and resilient mindset

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Full UK driving licence with access to a car is essential

Permanent | Office Based | Uncapped Commission
