An interim opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at our offices in Lincoln for a period of 7 months, subject to review. The successful candidate will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and be responsible for leading a group of Tradespersons.
The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include : ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximise efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1 : 1 basis.
The starting salary will be £43,491 until training is successfully completed at which point will increase to £47,197.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of managing teams, and will be experienced in being an escalation point for both the team and external customers.
The successful candidate will be required to be in the office every day, although some travel is required to carry out site safety and PPE inspections.
