Barista

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, serving high-quality coffee and drinks while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to company standards

Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Operate the coffee machine, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently

Take orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate till transactions

Keep the café area clean, tidy, and fully stocked

Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Support team members with daily tasks and contribute to smooth store operations

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role

Passion for coffee and great customer service

Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and well presented
