Maintenance Engineer

Overview: Working alongside our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer of automotive components we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Benefits: * Company pension scheme * Holiday entitlement increases dependent on length of service * On site canteen * Free on-site parking * Opportunity to join an established & growing team Remit: * As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for providing effective maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of injection moulding machines, associated robotics, automation equipment and site facilities. * The right candidate will be qualified to 18th edition standard with strong hydraulic & pneumatic troubleshooting skills, prior knowledge of injection moulding machine maintenance is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Trained apprentices or formal qualified mechanical or electrical Graduate Engineers will also be considered. Role: * Diagnose and repair electrical / mechanical faults that occur on the equipment and plant * Ensure the equipment and plant is in good safe working order * Maintain high standard of record keeping for repairs and servicing (use of internal computer system CORIM) * Communicate, work and handover the progress on assigned tasks with members of the Maintenance Team * Communicate with and work with leaders of the other departments * Communicate and work with outsourced...
